All payments are final and non-refundable once a service is confirmed and scheduled. If a rider misses their scheduled ride due to no-show or lateness, the full service fee will still apply.
In the event that we must cancel your ride due to an emergency or unexpected issue on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Please reach out at least 24 hours in advance if you need to make changes to a confirmed booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though rescheduling is not guaranteed.
