Payment Policy

• Full payment is required to reserve your spot, regardless of how many days a rider uses the service.

• Payments are due by the scheduled due date provided upon booking.

 

Pick-Up Guidelines

• Riders must be present and at the agreed-upon location at their scheduled pick-up time.

• Our drivers cannot wait beyond the allotted window in order to stay on schedule for all families.

 

Rider Responsibility

• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle (phones, bookbags, etc.).

• All riders are expected to follow our safety rules and behavior guidelines while in the vehicle. These rules are in place to protect everyone onboard.
